Checkout Terms - Sexy Sensual Surrender

These Checkout Terms apply when you purchase, enroll in, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain a paid product or service from Sexy Sensual Surrender (“SSS”).
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Your Purchase
You confirm that you have reviewed the product or service description, price, payment structure, and any material purchase terms displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page.
The specific offer page and checkout identify what you are purchasing and whether the purchase is:
- a one-time payment;
- a fixed-price purchase paid through installments;
- a recurring subscription;
- a trial that converts to a paid purchase or subscription; or
- another payment arrangement expressly described before purchase.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize SSS and its payment processors to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Where the checkout describes future scheduled, recurring, installment, or post-trial charges, you also authorize those charges according to the payment terms disclosed before purchase.
Prices, currency, taxes, and applicable payment details will be displayed through the applicable checkout or payment system.
3. Final-Sale Products
Digital downloads, guides, practices, rituals, workbooks, recordings, and similar immediately accessible digital products are final sale once access has been provided.
For these purposes, access is considered provided when the purchased material has been made available through your account, member library, download page, email, or another designated delivery method, whether or not you choose to open, download, or use it.
Courses and structured programs are also final sale once access has been provided unless the applicable offer expressly provides a trial, refund period, satisfaction guarantee, or other terms.
Coaching purchases are final sale, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Payment Plans
A payment plan for a fixed-price product, program, or coaching engagement is a method of dividing the total purchase price into installments.
It is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly described as one.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the full purchase commitment and authorize the scheduled payments shown at checkout.
Discontinuing participation, failing to use the product or service, or choosing not to continue does not ordinarily cancel the remaining installment obligation.
If your circumstances change and you would like to request a change to an upcoming payment-plan billing date, contact [email protected]. Requests may be approved at SSS’s discretion and submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
- Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Where you purchase a recurring subscription or service, you authorize SSS and its payment processor to charge the disclosed recurring price at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancellation.
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until that time.
Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a charge for a billing period that has already begun, except where the applicable offer or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Trials
Where an offer includes a free or paid trial that converts into a paid purchase or recurring subscription, the checkout or applicable offer will disclose the trial length, post-trial price, billing frequency where applicable, and cancellation method.
If you do not wish to be charged after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before expiry, you authorize the disclosed post-trial charge.
7. Coaching Purchases
Where the purchase involves private coaching, completion of checkout represents your financial commitment to the applicable coaching offer.
By purchasing coaching services you agree to and accept all SSS terms and conditions.
Private coaching may also require acceptance or signature of a separate Coaching Agreement before services begin.
The Coaching Agreement may contain additional terms concerning scheduling, session use, confidentiality, recordings, AI-assisted note-taking and processing, professional boundaries, termination, and other matters specific to the coaching relationship.
Where applicable, those more specific terms govern the coaching engagement.
8. Results and Personal Responsibility
SSS products and services involve personal development, relationships, intimacy, embodiment, communication, desire, and other areas influenced by individual circumstances.
Results vary and are not guaranteed.
A particular personal, relational, emotional, sexual, financial, or life result is not promised by completing a purchase.
9. Accurate Information and Delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate payment, contact, and account information.
Digital access and service communications may be delivered through your SSS/Kajabi account, email address, member library, download page, scheduling system, or another delivery method identified in connection with the applicable product.
If access you validly purchased is not provided, contact [email protected] so SSS has an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Governing Policies
Your purchase and use of SSS products and services are governed by the applicable:
Terms of Service
Privacy Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
as well as any product-specific terms, Coaching Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Community Guidelines, or other terms expressly associated with the particular offer.
Where a more specific written agreement contains terms relating directly to a particular product or service, those specific terms govern that product or service to the extent of any conflict.
Nothing in these Checkout Terms waives a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Questions or Billing Concerns
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the applicable purchase terms, please contact:
